Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Hera Beauté reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
All purchases made through the Website are subject to shipment pursuant to our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss and title to products transfer to the customer once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, including delivery confirmation through tracking updates, GPS confirmation, delivery photographs, or other carrier delivery verification methods.
Hera Beauté is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery, including deliveries made to apartments, condominiums, shared buildings, mail rooms, front desks, or other unsecured locations.
While we are not obligated to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time courtesy solution on a case-by-case basis.
7. No Guarantee of Results / Product Use Disclaimer
Personal care, hair care, skin care, and cosmetic products may produce different results depending on individual characteristics, usage methods, and environmental factors.
Hera Beauté does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the use of its products. Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, subjective experience, or perceived lack of effectiveness does not constitute a product defect.
As a retailer, Hera Beauté is not responsible for individual reactions or lack of desired results, provided the products sold are authentic, unexpired, and free from manufacturing defects.
Customers are encouraged to perform patch tests and follow all product instructions before use.
8. Hygiene, Safety & Wig Sales Disclaimer
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, hair extensions, and personal care products are subject to strict return limitations.
Wigs are final sale, including lace wigs, braided wigs, human hair wigs, synthetic wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and hair extensions. Once sold, these items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Hera Beauté, including incorrect items shipped.
Opened, used, worn, altered, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Chargebacks, Fraud, and Abuse
Hera Beauté reserves the right to investigate and dispute chargebacks.
Fraudulent claims, abuse of refund or dispute processes, or the provision of false information may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or permanent refusal of service.
